Hellomolly.com has a specific Return Policy. If not completely satisfied with a purchase, returns are accepted for store credit only. Exchanges are not accepted. To order a different size, return the merchandise as soon as possible and store credit will be issued if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements.

• All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
• Handbags sold with a dust bag or other packaging must be returned with the original dust bag and packaging.
• Due to hygiene concerns, certain items cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal massagers, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners, Undercover Style Helpers.

If the return does not adhere to the requirements, it may be sent back at an additional cost to the customer.

Regarding the Shipping Policy, Hellomolly.com offers free shipping on U.S. orders over US$100. All orders received before 2pm (PT/California time) on a business day will be shipped out that same day.
